PARIS
🇫🇷 B.O.U.L.O.M
I got to try out BOULOM yesterday with my cousin. I heard about the place from another foodie friend who went there for dinner. So my cousin walked in at 11h50 and I followed a few minutes later. While she was the first, people started queuing up at the bakery waiting to go to the other side….
One the setup was ready for us, we went into the other side. It’s like the “hidden bars” but here it’s a “hidden restaurant”.
Being first you see the whole place empty and already mesmerized by what’s been put on the table.
The Entrées seemed already mouthwatering…. could not wait to see the hot meals and the desserts out. We were seated near the warm meals and a little away from the entrée, dessert table… but it was a great spot.
We were brought tuna rillette with espelette chili with some toasted bread which was already to die for. We were told we could serve still or sparking water behind the warm meals table.
So there we go with the entrees… Went with too many things to actually keep tract of everything. Then the warm stuff followed. I tasted the pork ribs which were mouthwatering (I know I use that word a lot) and later the vinigar chicken. As for veggies, had mash potatoes, wok styled veggies, and slow cooked pumpkin….
And as well, we were presented with duck sausage, grilled tuna…. and so many more but I was full.
Desserts lets say I was a little disappointed as the choice was not as fantastic as the entrees but they were all tasty. From the lemon meringue tart to making your profiteroles… we had a great time.
The place was full. As we finished we noticed there was quite a queue behind us…
